LCD laminator with autoclave TBK-508A - is an integrated device for repairing LCD displays. The built-in laminator is intended for initial thermal (about 40-50C) connecting the LCD display with the telephone glass using OCA adhesive patches. The whole process involves pressing both connected elements with a heated pressure press on pressure up to 3-5kg / cm2 under vacuum (-94 .. -98kPa). We use the autoclave function with Koei if as a result of this process small air bubbles remain. The built -in autoclave is intended for the final thermal pressure gluing of the LCD screen and the telephone glass using solid adhesive OCA patches and removing air bubbles.
